Embodied Coaching
Embodiment coaching calls in the oneness of body-mind-soul by dropping into our hearts desires.
Each coaching session we will co-create together. We are led by your overall intention and journey you embark on; the patterns, habits and beliefs you would like to transform. I will meet you where you are. I am led by my intuition and invite flow and play into our sessions.
The coaching sessions are not of a rigid structure and tailored to what wants to be revealed and worked with in that current moment. My sessions are trauma-informed, I give space to embody decolonial blueprints and I invite the rise of feminine energy we all hold inside. To move and transform we will work with the mental, physical, emotional and energetic body. I work with tools available to me such as breathwork, meditation, coaching and movement.
