We balance and stimulate the autonomic nervous system with slow and gentle breathing. And we also open up to a concious, circular and connected breath that activates any dormant energy to move. Connect you to your higher self, soul, spirit, source and more than human worlds.
It allows you to travel to space time and dimenstions. You may enter another state of conciousness and receive guidance and healing. Journeying gives you insight at a soul and cosmic level.

Experience is not needed. All breathing patterns will be explained and explored together.

The sessions will be recorded and made available.

When sessions are recorded any personal shares are confidential for those who are in the container.

Breathwork supports specific physiological changes in the body and with that it is also a powerful medicine to release intense physical and emotional energy.
Honour yourself and your process the whole way through. This includes adjustment in breathing patterns that meets you where you are at.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices:- Pregnancy (at any stage)
- Severe PTSD or trauma
- Actively using recreational drugs
- Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
- Prescription blood thinners or anti-clotting medications
- Osteoporosis
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Kidney disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack, or any other cardiovascular issues
- Strokes or TIAs
- Seizures, history of seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
- Diagnosis of aneurysm (of any kind)
- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
- Epilepsy
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
- Severe psychosomatic disorders
- Recent surgery, stitches or injury
- Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect it ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release
Please let us know if you are on the contra indication list so we are able to suggest a personalised breathing pattern. Concious Circular Connected Breathing might not be supportive to your wellbeing. However, a more gentler approach might be suitable. -
